worst law firm ever call to get updates never return phone calls

Palace Law and Sandra has been a true blessing during the hardest time of my life. I’ve spent the last 7 years working with them and it hasn’t been a easy ride but they work very hard to get the best outcome for there clients. Sandra has done an outstanding job keeping me informed of the process and keeping me feel safe and secure with my future. I couldn’t of asked for a better person and team to help me during this stressful time and working hard to get me what I deserved.

Hello, this is Jay Jones. The personal injury attorney I used at this law firm was John Hardie. John is AMAZING. He's definitely an asset to this firm! I had a very complex claim and John handled things to the tee! When I had questions, John would get back to me with little to no delay. To be transparent he even answered questions and concerns I had by email after hours. John is a winner! If you have a personal injury claim do your best to get him!

I hired Palace Law November 2021 & besides 1 paralegal that never really relayed anything nor asked the lawyers the questions I was asking her since no actual lawyer reached out to me until the second denial, I’m still fighting because I didn’t want to settle. Palace paperwork said don’t contact claims manager, but they weren’t even talking to them. The info “L&I” was sending my employer was suppose to go to palace since I wasn’t suppose to talk to them. My workers comp was ignored/denied no one said anything. But PFML that came AFTER the claim reopening application was approved…? Riddle me that Batman. Okay, so my employer admitted I was F’d up but didn’t file the paperwork when they were suppose to (which I still have) and no one asked questions. I applied for PFML/FMLA eventually because I had no money, no medical because my employer dropped me but didn’t fire me… I’m so confused I’ve been denied for workers comp twice because my employer wasn’t giving me the information because it was going to palace who I THOUGHT was working on my case! Patrick, I don’t/won’t trust anyone else with my case other than you. I’m absolutely traumatized, I don’t trust Jordon or Paula or anyone really at the moment for having my best interest at heart. I wanted the claim back open so I could get medical care & SSI since I haven’t been able to work full time since January 2021. I didn’t get any clear guidance whatsoever and was/have been confused this whole time. It seems that my experience is rather similar to the comment that was placed 2 weeks ago about Paula. Patrick, do you mind if I call you tomorrow? Because frankly I cant trust anyone. So please, if you can’t help me can you please have whoever is “representing” my case to withdrawal themselves so I can try & figure this out myself without penalty towards “all the work they’ve put in” please? This is beyond exhausting… I STILL haven’t been able to work. I stayed in contact this whole time sitting here like an idiot thinking oh it’s fine, they’re busy fighting for you, let them do their job… but no actual lawyer put the depth in at all. So as of right now, even after 2 family members went through your law firm before me… i had such high hopes. But I personally CAN’T recommend PALACE LAW again unless this can be remedied… please and thank you in advance. Also… the responses from your employees on the CLIO app is pretty much nonexistent. I’m begging you, please help Patrick 🙏

I had a great experience with my attorney Paula all the way up till we got a lower disability rating than was expected. There was no appointment for a second opinion set up or argument or anything, after months of waiting it took me multiple weeks to get ahold of her and once I did she said she would reach out to the doctor again. Then after another month I started trying to contact her again, after a week of waiting I finally sent a message to th manager expecting to get this resolved and the help I need, but instead a couple days later I'm sent a message that the claim was settled and I would get my portion. Still haven't heard from anyone to this day. This injury made a huge negative impact on my life and I was not given the help I was promised for 30% of my settlement. Do not recommend

I would give this place zero stars . Did nothing for me .I would suggest doing your homework beforehand. Stephanie seemed more interested in the money than helping me . She also lies a lot very unprofessional.

Friendly staff that showed empathy. But when the intake person took my information and asked about the employers insurance company, she chuckled and paused, saying "Ooh, they're difficult.." when she transferred me to a legal consultant, when I had mentioned what happened it seemed promising. When she asked about the employer and the injury, I told her the name and her demeanor changed. And she said she wasn't going to take on my case at this time and that I could consult an Employer attorney. I was left with no help or assistance.
