I couldn't say enough good things about Kristi. She listened and asked questions in the beginning and has since worked hard to keeping things moving. She not only knows what she is doing but also keeps you informed as things move along. I am glad she is working on my case and would highly recommend her.

I contacted Palace Law when I was on L and I. Other attorneys I contacted wouldn't even listen to me about my claim because i had been on L and I for 8 years. Not only did they listen but because I had difficulty getting around due to complications related to my injury, One of the attorneys came to my home even though I lived nearly an hour away from the Law firm. I met with one of the attorneys, and He took my case. My case has now been settled. I was on L and I for 11 years. They didn't charge anywhere near as much as other attorney's. On Dec 20, 2018, I was the victim of a T-bone crash that severely injured my neck. Since the accident, my neck has been a constant source of headaches and pain. I assumed that the insurance company (of the driver of the car that hit me) was paying my chiropractor bills. I was shocked to discover that all the bills had gone unpaid. I was even more shocked to discover that I only had 4 months left to file a claim to have any hope of getting them to pay for my medical expenses. Thank God for Palace Law and Debbie Crowl! I cannot thank Debbie enough for her kindness and professionalism. She went above and beyond to negotiate settlements with each and every party (including the driver's insurance company, my insurance company, and the chiropractor) to try to get the best outcome for me. My only regret is that I did not go to Palace Law right after the accident. I would advise anyone who is injured in a car accident to contact Palace Law before you seek medical care to understand your rights. I did not think I needed a lawyer and that the insurance company would do the right thing on their own. I thought my case was too small. Don't make my mistake! I whole-heartedly recommend Palace Law and will be forever grateful. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
