Philbrook Law Office was recommended to me by my chiropractor after I suffered personal injury from a rear-end collision. I was at maximum medical improvement and wanted to settle with the insurance company of the other driver. I am very happy that I took that recommendation. Going into litigation is a scary process for someone who never does this -- especially against an insurance giant. I was afraid, overwhelmed and felt like it was a "David and Goliath" situation. However, right from the very first phone call to the final settlement (and beyond), Matt and Tiffany kept me grounded and informed. They made themselves available to speak with on the phone to answer questions and when they were otherwise occupied, they answered my emails or messages through the Case Status app promptly and thoroughly. Tiffany was our main contact and she was easy to approach and spoke in terms that the common person could understand; she really knows her stuff. Our conversations were relaxed and informative. They and their support staff took care of all the paperwork that needed to be filed or gathered from the medical records. It was a relief to not have to worry about that aspect as I was having to go to appointments and have surgery and deal with modifying my daily routine. With their help and support, we were able to arrive at a very satisfactory settlement. This settled back in May 2023, but it's taken me this long to think of what I wanted to convey to others.
