Our experience with Matt and Alison was perfect. Our case in 2016 was suppose to be an easy speeding ticket but due to timing of our ticket combined with changes in ruling, our case took a few months to become dismissed. Through it all, Alison kept me updated and answered all my questions. Fast forward to 2017, not wanting to trouble us due to a reverse in court ruling that affected our case, Matt went to court for us, got the fine lowered, and paid for the fees for us without our knowledge. The only way we found out that situation happened was a ticket that came from the court that came after he had paid.. He didn't write to us to tell us how awesome he is, he just did his job and took the extra nice step to pay for the fees. How often does that happen?? Never!! We offered to reimburse but was kindly declined. I would not hesitate to use Matt and Alison again but hopefully we won't have to do that because we've learned out lesson on speeding on I-5 close to Oregon.

So...almost two years ago my pug and I were hit straight on T to my driver door by someone who was accelerating at impact. Mind you I had purchase this car the evening before and only had the opportunity to put about 15 miles on it. I simply can't say enough good things about Mr Matthew Philbrook. I had an old charge that had to get handled and I just did not know where to start.
