After calling several attourneys, I spoke with Tom in regarding my situation and was pleased with our initial conversation, so I hired him to represent me. Tom did a great job with a bogus hit and run charge in my town. I was pleased with the outcome, and appreciated his attentiveness and communication. The case was dismissed after 6 months of diversion. I would have liked dismissal right away, since no monetary amount of damage was caused to the curb, but this was out of his hands (city nonsense, non responsiveness, shady police work). He made a stressful situation for me much less stressful. He has a great reputation with prosecutors and judges and is well known for the work he does. I do recommend using him. He is intelligent in the law. Very concise and matter of fact. He had several dozens of other active cases/clients and still managed to make time for me right away when I needed to speak to him.
