I never thought I would be in a position where I would have to hire a defense attorney. After speaking with and consulting several Criminal defense attorneys in the area, we decided to hire Tom. He is knowledgeable, upfront and takes the time to get to know you and the circumstance of your case. He has a great investigative team behind him as well. I am grateful to have had him in my corner and representing me. Facing serious allegations and charges Tom stepped in and was able to secure a positive outcome, well beyond my expectations. When facing charges, One can feel like the world around them is collapsing. In the most stressful time of my life, he was always reassuring and straight forward, responded to all my calls, messages and concerns with patience and understanding giving me the confidence to go on with my life while going through this process. If you hire Tom, something I would highly recommend, give him the space and time to work on your case and you will not be disappointed. These things take time but you can rest assured he is doing everything he can to find the best possible outcome in your case. Honestly, I'm so glad I happened to find Tom for my case. He was there from the get go and made sure to stay even after my diversion coordinator told him he could leave at our last meeting. Amazing, I messaged him at night with questions in regard to a case. He replied back in the morning on a Saturday. When he didnt understand my question he called me. Very helpful and breaks it down to where you understand. Whether your a defendant or petitioner he's there for you with the best advise. Would recommend 100%.
