Daniel Mellon helped me out immensely with my DUI case. I was charged for a DUI in the state of Washington, but reside in California, and he helped me out immensely with preventing me from having to fly back up to serve time in jail. We got the deal that I wanted, he explained everything to me clearly, and for the months that this went on for, was able to answer my emails and text messages in a very timely manner. Extremely helpful. He was able to answer any question I had for him with ease, and helped me be proactive with my case. I want to share what happened today in my life. With Mr. Mellen representing me, I was awarded full relief from an out-of-state past conviction! Before today’s hearing, I had prepared a statement (on Mr. Mellen’s advise) to read before the judge. However, after Mr. Mellen’s thorough, logical, and factual opening remarks, the judge did not deem it necessary delay his decision any longer as he granted me post conviction relief. I owe a lot to the service provided by Tom Carley. Kept in close contact throughout our time together. He made sure I was aware of what to expect on court date, and answered all questions I had the day before. In the end he managed to reduce my sentence a lot lower than we expected.
