Jack Green was the attorney we needed to get us out of a jam. He would respond to our calls quickly and got our questions answered. He was never afraid to put his foot down and defend us. He had great communication and told us about every out come that could happen. He was able to prepare us for the best outcome in court. We would recommend him for anything major or minor. We will definitely call him again if we ever need legal council in the future.

I got a DUI in September 2019. It was a very stressful situation. Prior to hiring Mr. Green, I was recommended to go consult with a different law office. I hired them and explained to them that I had a DUI 13 years ago, and this would be the 2nd time. They reassured me that it was far back that it won’t count against me. We went to our 1st court appearance, and come to find out, the prosecutor counted this as a second offense, and my attorney was clueless about the change in the law. I was offered jail time, work crew, DUI charge, and fines. I was terrified. Weeks passed and the attorney kept saying that he was building rapport with the prosecutor. He started negotiating my deal prior to receiving discovery evidence. He then told me that the prosecutor is offering me pretty much the same deal that was offered at the 1st hearing and that he thinks it’s a good deal. He also suggested that I wait until the last court date and that sometimes they have better offers waiting . In other words the prosecutor did not want to make deals, especially on second offense. I did not want to leave anything to chance.I let my attorney know that I was done and wanted to change counsel. He gave me a partial refund and recommended another law office, and then asked me if I had already found counsel. I mentioned that I was thinking about hiring Mr. Green, and he advised that I go see a different firm that only did DUI’s. Trust me, speciality does not mean good service, it’s like wholesale, they get you in and out with mediocre results. I lived it. Enough about that. The best thing I did is hire Mr. Jack Green. From the moment we started talking, I felt the confidence he had. He interviewed me thoroughly, he laid out a step by step game plan. he requested every peace of evidence that could made available, to include the cam footage from the officer, and to interview the officer who pulled me over. He was also very upfront about the difficulty of my case being a second offense, and that the prosecutor was not interested in making deals on second offenses period. That did not discourage him. He asked to be positive and let him do what he is best at. He kept digging until he found a violation in the cam footage from the officer. It looked like the officer had his hand slightly inside my vehicle cabin wish turned out to be a violation. He got the prosecutor to reduce the DUI to a wreck less driving, no jail time, and 2 days community service. It was a sigh of relief. I am 100% certain that if I had not made the change of counsel, the charge would off ruined my life and cost me my job. I am very grateful. I also really appreciate his office staff, who been with him for many years and are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If you are ever in trouble from a DUI, or any lawful matter, And you want results call Jack Green, he will leave no stone unturned to get you results.
