I have been through this only one other time, but Dad made all the arrangements, this time Mom needs help. We began looking into "The earlier, the better" so mom could get this responsibility behind her. Nick and his help were quite a breath of fresh air. The atmosphere was most relaxing! Very professional, and knowledgeable. In two visits we had everything in place. Mom talked about HER wishes and they put it in writing. Easy breezy.
