I love the communication, reminders, and informative feedback we receive. The almost real-time Recognition and Risks notifications are so helpful. Really like the analytics and reporting reports we get, how it's auto calculated and easy to understand. Emilie Clemis is the best!!

Clearly Rated provides an excellent system for evaluating a company’s performance versus competitors. If your company delivers great service your score will be a strong selling tool which both makes you stand out versus competitors but also inspires your organization to even higher service levels. If you are considering a service provider, be sure and ask about their score. If they don’t have one, I’d recommend you hire someone who does. Not having a rating is probably because their service is poor and they are afraid of getting a low score. The people who manage this company are excellent. They are in the business to not only fairly evaluate service levels but also to assist and coach companies in improving their service. Their system is based in science and is simple to execute.
