While I was stopped in a school zone, in front of the crosswalk, letting someone cross the street, a car rear ended me going about 40 MPH. Mindi, Jesse, and their team did an amazing job handling our case despite the many hurdles along the way. The entire time they handled our case There was never even a single moment where they were unprofessional. I would recommend this firm to anyone who is seeking help regarding their accident. I just wanted to leave a brief review of my experience with NW Injury Law Center. From beginning to end I could not be more pleased with the expertise and care Jesse and his staff took with my case. It took a few months to get resolution, but Jesse was persistent and took all the time it needed to reach a positive outcome. I was injured in a hit and run in August 2019 and I hired NW Injury Law Center attorney Jesse Jacobs and he was extremely easy to work with in getting my Case settled. I came to NW injury law and saw Jesse Jacobs after I was in a car accident in Portland. The accident was not at all my fault. At first, I was dealing with the insurance company without a lawyer and had plan to do so until I received what I considered threatening or bullying type emails from the at fault parties insurance company. Once they started with that I knew I wouldn’t be able to handle the stress or drama so I started looking for a lawyer. We called NW injury and did the phone intake. We quickly set up a meeting Jesse Jocobs. He was very friendly, understanding, knowledgeable, and considerate. We had a great meeting and he agreed to take my case. The staff worked hard over the next year to gather everything needed for my case and handle the insurance company for me. They were all very easy to work with, very professional, and they stayed on top of everything! I am not good at standing up for myself, so it was great having Jesse and his team doing it for me. They were able to settle my case for way more then the insurance company had offered me right after the accident and definitely more then I would have been able to get on my own. It was an absolute pleasure working with Jesse and Juliette! I would definitely use them again if I ever have the misfortune of being in another accident.
