This place really suck.

I have had the pleasure of working with Jesse Jacobs to settle an injury claim from a couple years ago. He has been very informative and straight to the point throughout this entire thing. It has definitely taken much longer than I would've thought (thanks Covid!), however, that has not effected the quality of service I have received from him. He's always quick to respond to emails and calls, and if he doesn't have the answer for something, he will definitely get it for you. This is my first time working with anyone for any type of legal stuff, and while I was a bit worried at first that he only wanted to settle my case as fast as possible to get the quickest payout and be done with it, it was definitely not the case. He is very personable and great to work with. I will definitely hire him on again in the future if I need it.

Jesse's office resolved my case in the most professional way possible. He and his team were there for every question I had, and the process was relatively shorter despite the rough conditions his office had to work under, as my case happened just a month before COVID entered our lives. Every part of the process was throughly explained and he was very direct as far as what to expect from the settlement which I appreciated. He was super friendly and delivered an outcome which was way better than I imagined.

Thanks to Jesse Jacob and his team, I was able to receive my medical care and compensation in a timely manner. They kept me informed and I’m very happy with their results.

I highly recommend NW Injury Law Center. I didn't really think I would end up with money in my pocket after such an expensive injury from a car wreck, but I actually got most of the insurance money! It made all the difference, especially after not being able to work for a year. I would have ended up owing money if I tried to handle this on my own. Smartest decision I ever made!!

If I could give more stars, I would! I highly recommend Jesse and his team! I started off with another lawyer from another firm, but I did not agree with their process. When I found NW Injury Law Center, it was like a breath of fresh air. Jesse and his team have been so helpful in this long, drawn out process and has given me so much peace. Mr. Jesse Jacobs is extremely knowledgeable and unbelievably helpful. I am currently negotiating an auto injury settlement on my own. I have tried repeatedly to get an attorney to talk to me, to answer just a few questions. Nobody would. They wouldn’t call me back, EVER..... Then I called NW INJURY LAW CENTER. I spoke to Deborah about my situation and less than an hour later I got a call back from Jesse Jacobs. Mr. Jacobs knew that I didn’t really need an attorney, he just wanted to help me. I highly recommend this Law Center, Jesse Jacobs has been my attorney, he is Professional and very caring and trustworthy and has the experience that was needed for my case. I had been involved in a horrible car accident that was not my fault. Jesse and his office kept me informed and took care of things for me because I was not able to because of my injury's which included a broken neck and sternum and a brain injury. He was very understanding and caring and very professional. I did not think I would get anything from the accident but Jesse knows what he is doing because of his experience and I am getting a settlement that will help me to restart my life after the accident. Jesse and his team are amazing!!! They kept me updated on what was going on! If they didn't have anything new to say, they would still call and let me know what was going on. I am very thankful for them and all their work that they did for me! Very reliable and also responsive when you email or call them.
