My husband and I have used Robert W Mitchell twice now in the past couple of years and I will say the experience, the communication and the outcome has been nothing but great. The work/help Robert has done for us each time was nothing less then amazing, both times the outcome was rewarding and we have been very pleased and grateful. Robert is the best attorney I have ever worked with. From our first meeting, he explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meeting. He answered the phone when I called and always got back to my e-mails. He got some negative items off my credit and got my credit scores from the 500 to over 800 I can actually qualify for a home loan now. He even got me some money to help me pay for my sons collage I cant say enough about how he has changed my life! If you have stuff that might be on your credit that's not your fault, I would say hire this man he's the best!!

Robert is amazing and has the knowledge and expertise necessary to help you. He is fantastic at stopping debt collectors that are conducting intimidating and abusive tactics and performing illegal practices to collect consumer debt. I was injured in 2014, as a result I suffered a financial hardship and couldn't pay my creditors, I had lost everything by 2017, surrendering the last item I couldn't pay and was basically homeless staying with freinds. When I returned to work, working for financial recovery and to gain the basic necessities to survive I was defeated by an attorney of law representing a debt collector because I chose to go it alone without representation, that was in 2020. In 2021, a year later I was served again by the exact same attorney representing another debt collector. I could hardly believe what was going on and felt that the attorney was actively searching my name for debt and wouldn't stop until every penny I had would be theirs and i would be homeless. I had had enough, my only hope this time around would be representation. I called Robert Mitchell's office for help, Robert called me back immediately as he knew that there was no time to waste. He obtained information from me (plaintiff attorney, my credit report and state that debt originated) and a brief history of the debt, he then put my mind at ease and assured me he will be doing all he can to help me. Within a few days Robert found many problems  with the collection lawsuit against me and immediately launched an aggressive countersuit against the plaintiff which not only resulted in a dismissal of the case but a deletion of an erroneous account on my credit report with a substantial monetary settlement in my favor. I was amazed at what Robert accomplished in a short amount of time, as I had only expected a reduction, a wash or dismissal of the case.  In conclusion, i would like to say that if you are finding yourself in a similar situation or something in regards, please don't ignore or hide from it, don't get the feeling you have no where to turn to, I would recommend you call and consult with Robert immediately, he can be your only hope, the winning edge against the illegal practices debt collectors are resorting to.

To cut a long story short, a shady home security company told me I had made a 5-year commitment without having ever signed a contract. These people even claimed they had a recording of my wife committing to a 5-year contract over the phone. This was an outright lie, and the date she allegedly made this agreement was before we even owned the house! At that point I knew it was time to find an attorney. Robert Mitchell was recommended by the first two local firms I contacted. Robert drafted a masterpiece cease-and-desist letter. After reading it I knew, "Someone who knows the rules of the game is on my side." I immediately felt a peace of mind that's hard to truly convey. Robert sent the letter, and the threat of a class action suit apparently got the company's attention. A month later he received notice that the account was being terminated. Many thanks to Robert for resolving this matter so quickly.

We were referred to Robert Mitchell to look over a bad medical collection account. Originally we just wanted to negotiate and get the bill paid off and removed from our credit report. Robert Mitchell explained that rewarding the collection agency with payment just encourages what they did to continue. So we listened to his advice and were able to take back control. Not only was Robert and his Paralegal Kerry honest, attentive, fair and prompt with every step in the process but he was able to get us a settlement of $7000 and was able to get these bad debts off our credit report and got the collection agency taking ownership of their negligent collection tactics. Bonus, was because of the removal of these 3 accounts off our credit report our credit scores jumped 80 points! This was huge for us because we were in the process of purchasing our first home and we were able to which from FHA to conventional loan saving us thousands. We couldn't be happier and more grateful to have an attorney really there in your corner to fight for us.

Robert is a brilliant attorney. The collection agency filed a lawsuit against me. I didn’t know what I was going to do. It was my first time dealing with a situation. I was stressed out with no idea about what to do. I was truly blessed to have Robert as a lawyer. He took care of everything for me and alleviated my stress and worries. I had an issue with my credit report where I had an unpaid debt, but never received any bills or notices, driving my credit score down. Regardless of who I called, everyone agreed I was not at fault, but that sadly they could not help me out. I was finally referred to Robert after a chain of lawyers who were unsure how to best help me. Robert and Kerri provided thoughtful and detailed responses to all my questions and instilled confidence I could trust them before signing on. The issue was resolved within a month - it's no longer on my credit report - and I'm very satisfied with this outcome! Thank you for your help!

Robert Mitchell is the best attorney I have ever worked with. I had a scam debt collector, that reported a super old debt illegally on credit bureaus. That brought my FICO core down and my credit was damaged because of this ruthless scammer. It is violation of Fair Credit Reporting Act. Robert was so responsive and on it quickly. He made the debt collector to remove the scam reports in 3 days. Only 3 days! The debt collector basically admitted that what they did was illegal. Now Robert is on their butt for lawsuits. I highly recommend him!

Mr. Mitchell was instrumental in getting my military clearance renewed! I had several accounts on my credit report that had been re-aged, misrepresented, or just plain incorrect. Mr. Mitchell represented me and filled in court that they were violating Washington State law. They all quickly settled! After a few weeks, my credit reports were 'clean' and I no longer lose sleep about my future! I can't express how much he helped, even on accounts that he didn't earn money on.... late on a Sunday night! For military members who need help, Mr. Mitchell is a Marine you can count on!

Robert is by far, hands down, one of the best attorneys in Oregon and Washington. You would be silly to choose a different attorney. He is a genius and helped both my wife and I in a time of need. When you choose Robert as your attorney, you are choosing the most knowledgeable, highly respected attorney in the consumer rights bar in Oregon and Washington. I consider Robert a good friend and would recommend him in a heartbeat.

BLUF: Seriously, if you have any credit issues, collections, mortgage problems, etc...especially if they are going to be taking you to court, threatening with auctions and all that government sponsored propaganda and indoctrination making you believe you actually have to pay back illegal, fake money, CALL ROBERT MITCHELL RIGHT NOW. *drop the mic* ----------------------- Hi. My name is Dustin. I am a real person. I really HAD a bunch of legal garbage sitting in my lap for many many years, while living right here in Spokane, WA. Then Robert Mitchell was placed in my life. Please enjoy this very short, pretty vague and really really sanitized version of my mortgage crisis that began in May 2008. I have no problems with anyone wanting to contact me to verify any part of this review. I could literally type a BOOK on this entire line of crap I had to deal with all due to a FEDERAL RESERVE ACT of 1913 signed by Woodrow Wilson, but I digress... When Bob was first introduced to my home mortgage situation (Jan 2012), I was an Active Duty USAF SERE Specialist, stationed out at Fairchild AFB, WA and I had just returned to my home after a 5-year absence (Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Korea). I didn't even know I still owned the property until Oct 2009 and it almost prevented a PCS to Korea in Dec that same year since I owed just over $133,000 plus a bunch of late fees (who knew !?!?!). Nevertheless, you may notice my review date, it's not a screen error. In a few days, Bob will have wrapped up our case that he could have easily walked away from dozens of times. After receiving a couple letters from a collection company "offering to clear my bad debt," Bob grew tired of watching another Serviceman struggle with the corrupt banking system and took over my situation with the tenacity like I was his only client. Of course, go to find out, this is how he handles all his cases and his office is a complete filing system by itself because he doesn't quit, BOTTOM LINE. Even when I threw up my hands and walked away, he kept at it and he's the one who said if I wanted to, he could easily file a counter-lawsuit. Who in the heck does that kind of up-front-in-your-face-business in Spokane? Well, he was true to his word and any day now, this case is forever settled and they will be paying us an additional $22,000. God Blessed Robert with an internal tenacity that lives inside every American citizen. If you want to get your life back, restore your credit, actually learn how the corrupt system works (enough to know!) and enjoy some good laughs, give Bob a call. After little more than 3 years, it's been a pleasure doing business with you and I'm proud to call you a friend of mine. Let the record show, the ONLY reason this case didn't go any longer was because I took one of the offers to let the house get auctioned (Jun 2013). This was not a normal home owner situation and he still had this case pretty much under control after 3 months. I wanted to walk away and forget it, but Bob wouldn't take this case lightly. "Well, when you're ready, I will file a counter-lawsuit on your behalf." After 5 minutes of his explanation to how this would even stick to a wall, I agreed and he started the process. There is nothing awesome about having to take legal action against someone. Especially when you realize that you have to pay for it and deal with a lawyer. I've had experiences in the past dealing with consumer protection lawyers. And let's just say I wasn't impressed. When I first called Robert Mitchell about my case he was very attentive and empathetic. He made me feel like I was a person not a deadbeat consumer who couldnt pay my bills. He made me realize the harassment I was receiving wasn't okay and I didn't deserve to be treated that way. During the process he always updated me with what was going on and what to expect. I could tell he was very passionate about finding a solution for me and not just looking for a paycheck. I will admit that I tend to ask a lot of questions. He always answered any questions or concerns I had in a timely matter. He highly exceeded my expectations. I refer him to anyone I know that has experienced the same consumer harassment I did.
