I highly recommend Bjorn-he did an amazing job for me!

Bjorn drew up our estate plans *(Wills, Trusts, and Power of Attorneys) and wrote the documents to reflect clearly what our intentions were then, and our wishes as to what will keep our family's heirs out of probate courts in the future. He is a genuine person, concerned about the implications of the proper use of legal documents, and will take the time necessary to explain all of the pro's and con's of estate planning. I highly recommend this attorney for anyone looking for a competent person to review their personal needs, recommend options and develop an estate plan for today and beyond. A good estate plan is an insurance policy for the assurance of asset protection and your personal decision choices.

As soon as I got home following my accident, I contacted Mr. Hess. His response was calm, collected and concerned, despite it being very late at night. Mr. Hess continued to demonstrate consummate professionalism throughout the following months. From procuring police reports, to scheduling court dates, and finally speaking before the judge, Mr. Hess' confidence in his knowledge of law and ability to achieve a positive outcome from the case never stalled. In the days leading up to standing before the judge, Mr. Hess went to the scene of the collision and performed accident reconstruction. Between the pictures he took, the errors he found in the police report, and the response he developed to a rather idiotic quote of mine that the police officer paraphrased to sound even worse, Mr. Hess explored every possible opportunity to win our case. And when our day in court came, that is exactly what happened. Kudos Mr. Hess, I can't thank you enough.

Bjorn helped me defer a traffic infraction. I was out of town when my hearing was scheduled but he appeared for me and kept me well informed throughout the entire process. He was able to get it deferred for me. It was a quick and painless process, he was very professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable about the area of law.
