I was scared. After nearly twenty years of marriage, I needed representation. My husband wanted a divorce and I lived 3000 miles away from my parents and family, having moved across the country for my husband's career advancement. I met Caitlin as my world was crumbling around me. I knew from the beginning that it was going to be a battle. My ex hired one of the top billing lawyers in town and he had lawyer friends and family to guide him. I found Caitlin and from the first meeting knew that I wanted her to represent me. She calmly reviewed my case and gave me advice on how to begin to process the chaos. I did not know how to get divorced--they don't teach that in life skills class. I relied on her to be my "backbone". I was a homemaker and part-time employee who raised my children and supported my ex's career through the years. My earnings were minimal compared to my ex's and had I not received representation, I would have made many errors on the path to finalizing the divorce. Caitlin was available to counsel me via email, text or phone calls as I needed her. When I was ready to crumble and give in to ridiculous demands, Caitlin stepped in. The final divorce decree took 9 months, temporary orders, separation conference and, finally, an arbitrating mediation to settle all of our issues. I highly recommend Caitlin Dennis to anyone getting a divorce in Vancouver, WA. I hope to never have to go through such an awful ordeal again, but I would put my trust in Caitlin all over again.

When I came to Caitlin my daughters dad had a high price attorney and was making heinous accusations against me and I was terrified. Caitlin quickly got to work gathering any and all information to disprove these accusations, she reassured me that everything would be okay. If it weren't for Caitlin I would of lost my child. I could never thank her enough.

Caitlin has been working on my case for a long time. She has helped me gather information and make choices based on the interest of my child. She was always professional and calm even though my case was full of drama and sometimes aggressive antics from the mother of my child. Ultimately Caitlin was able to win my case and I gained full custody if it wasn't for her I would only see my child every other weekend even though my child was in danger. She navigated the courtroom and all of the legal paperwork with great skill. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to ensure their children are treated fairly and especially to fathers looking for fair treatment by the courts.
