Up front I told them I had around 10k to spend on my divorce and from my research that looked realistic. They didn't seem to have any concerns with that and brought me on as a client. They burnt through my 12K retainer just setting my temporary orders in place, two brief appearances in court. The little bit that they did "help" me with had a horrible outcome.

McKinley Irvin took good care of me throughout my divorce process. The Rory Flay and his entire team took an interest and kept me on track. I received excellent advice and representation against a delusional opposition. We were able to reach a settlement which was a miracle indeed , and one for which I can thank the firm.

When I needed a divorce lawyer really fast to handle my case, McKinley Irvin paired me quickly with the best attorney, Casey Sanders. Casey and his paralegal Karrey Komp were always responsive, knowledgeable, professional and kind. Casey always took a big picture view of the entire divorce, keeping the goals in sight and addressing the issues that needed to be addressed. Casey is brilliant in court, professional in his filings and I grew to trust Casey and Karrey implicitly. They taught me how to handle communications with my ex and always stay child focused. I have been and continue to be very grateful to have had this amazing legal team on my side through such a difficult divorce process!

I’ve known Jack Dekovich personally and professionally for 10 years. Based on his work ethic and depth of knowledge, I hired him to help me on a parenting time modification. Family law is very emotional as many know. Jack was there to hear my concerns/fears and helped guide me to the most beneficial outcome for my child based on the complex situation she was in. Jack is a really great person and attorney. He is calm, happy, interested, and methodical. He takes time to learn about his client(s) and thoroughly prepares the case. Thank you Jack!

I don't even know where to start if there is more than 5 stars I would give it. If you want an attorney to present you and when they walk to the court room everyone chocks on air look no further because Faye means business and she knows what is she doing. Faye is really rare gem who truly cares about her clients and believe in their case. Because of her I have fully solo decision making for my son educational and Medical. I mean Faye is Vice President, Clark County Bar Association, you cannot buy this position you can only earn it with an excellent work. Faye is such an amazing attorney who you would hire and sit and relax and have 0 worries. She goes above and beyond with her clients and she always make sure you leave her office with clear picture and understanding everything. I used to have old attorney who only cared about money and she won't even show up to the case she send her paralegal. But with Faye omg less than a year when she stepped in my divorce case got resolved and she I got everything I asked for and my divorce been going on for 3+ years and it's super messy. I can't thank her enough.

Teresa Foster was a horrible attorney. She was responsible for untimely filing issues and agreed to a binding arbitration that had a horrible outcome. She had mailed it in from the moment we started working together trying to take the easy way out of every situation. I often wondered if she was representing me sometimes. We often would get into yelling matches because I was trying to push back on a terrible scenario that ended up exactly as I feared. I spent over 30k just to have to end up filing BK and on top of that they still are trying to bill for ridiculous hours that when I took over representing myself after finalization took no time at all. Strongly recommend using a different attorney at the very least. I'd give negative stars if possible.... overpriced and better off just going to court.

Eric was great! He was attentive, responsive, compassionate and professional. I would hire him again.

Eric Leavitt was attorney #3 for me. The previous 2 didn't want to work. One wanted me to give up my inheritance out of "equality" which would have left me with nothing. Eric listened quietly to sensitive issues and offered ideas that the other 2 wouldn't bother with. I'm very grateful to Eric during this trying time in my life. He exceeded my expectations.

I worked with Casey Sanders on a modification, and my OP is a particularly challenging individual. Casey helped keep my case focused, was mindful of billing and time, and litigated my case better than I could have hoped. I cannot provide enough recommendations for his thoughtful and careful representation. You will be in good hands!

Teress Foster and Chriss Elliott and the rest of the team were great. Very efficiant, always got an answer back from them right away, never got to meet in person because if covid but they still made me feel like i could trust them and their process of doing things the right way and knew what they were doing. I would recommend them to anybody.
