Contacted in regards to a consultation for a car accident. Information was taken about what happened, information regarding parties involved in the accident and asked for more information in a follow up email to only be told they have too high of a case load. I told them that I was looking for a consultation and that apparently their poor reviews are true and that I would be filing my own review. If their case load is too high to even do a 30 minute consultation, then tell me that when I call and don't take all of my information and then some. Very frustrating and I saw some similar scenarios happen to others. Waste of time after waiting a few days for a response.

I had high hopes for this company as there are many 5-star reviews. I called for my friend and was told to sign up for the free 20-minute consultations that are offered every Thursday, and she has still have not heard anything back. It has been 3 weeks, and I have left 2 voicemails, and no response in return. I had even gone to the office where I was told that they would reach out soon to let us know the time, and that was over a week ago. I am very disappointed in the response time and now am having to seek advice elsewhere as I cannot connect with anyone. I completely understand that things happen and places get busy, but three weeks? At least return the voicemail to keep me up to date.

My consultation with Tanya was incredible. She anticipated all my needs without me even having to mention them. I am excited to continue working with her as my attorney and confident she will help me reunite with my children.

Contacted Navigate Law and was called back the next day. Navigate Law asked for an extreme amount of personal information. Next 2 days asked for more personal information. Several days later they said their caseload was too high and couldn't take my case. They could have said that in the beginning. If there was a zero star I would have selected it.

I can't speak as to the law firm generally, but there is a Marissa Bartolucci who has developed a reputation for less than ethical practices and has exploited vulnerable outside of litigation.

Chelsey Butchard was great to work with on my out of state divorce. She answered all my questions and always kept me up to date about where we were in the process. The whole process was seamless.
