Dave has really made a difference where my previous attorney failed. Attorney Dave Gross and his paralegal Karrey Komp are not only efficient at what they do but they are caring, professional, and pro-actively involved. It is a rare thing to find an attorney who really cares and Dave and his paralegal do. Makes all the difference. I highly recommend for family law matters and I will continue to work with him with any future issues that may arise.

My case did not have precedent as it relates to family law in Washington or probably anywhere else. Alone this was a certain loser either through stifling court proceedings, or general lack of support for this type of sophisticated knowledge of law. My hopes were high but expectations low at the beginning, I am truly grateful for finding David Gross and Karrey, they not only figured out a path to achieve my desired outcome but then achieved exactly what those desires were. We didn't spend a single day in court but truly worked as partners in negotiation, knowledge of the law and patience. Many clients I'm sure are emotional when it comes to family court proceedings, I won't exclude myself, but with David and Karrey, supportive and results oriented, we collectively walked through to the finish line. I only wish there were a higher star rating to offer, what he was able to achieve can't be understated and while I hope I don't require their services in the future, Dave would be the first call I'd make, they've truly made it a pleasure working through the matters now firmly behind me.

Besides providing a high level of expertise in his area of practice, Mr. Gross and his team were also understanding, patient, and supportive in what I'm sure many would find to be a highly stressful and uncertain time of their lives. Mr. Gross assisted me in going through a divorce. During the process, he was able to translate legal jargon into something a layman could understand and was pivotal in helping me form a legal strategy. He also always made time to answer any questions and address any uncertainties with the process I had. I would 100% recommend them to others that find themselves in similar situations.

I had the absolute pleasure of having David Gross (along with his paralegal Karrey Komp) represent me in a custody case. David is phenomenal! He went above and beyond my expectations. My case was a long drawn out one that lasted almost 6 months when it realistically shouldn’t have! My ex husband was asking for 50/50 custody along with the help of his very tenacious parents. After I was served papers I was quickly looking up excellent law firms in Vancouver, and came across Mckinley Irvin! I fully understand why they are so highly rated- every one is very professional, compassionate and understanding and David was quick to respond to all of my emails answering multiple questions I had. He tried his very best to conserve money for us, as he fought for me to keep my daughter. I 10/10 would recommend him! I've known Dave for about 4 years and I could not recommend a better attorney. Because of him - my daughter, myself and the rest of my family are able to spend more time with each other. Dave is a man of integrity and a man of honor. I was beyond impressed with his work ethic and to say this man works hard for his clients is an understatement. All I can say is WOW!!... the lengths that Mr. Gross went for this case had me speechless! It’s always a gamble choosing the right attorney for the type of case you have. We came to Dave's firm with a child custody and support that needed to be adjusted. He worked with us both on fees and on the case itself and got a great result for us.

We had a complicated situation that was very rare. We wanted to transfer custody of our nieces back to their biological father who was ready to take them, in the most cost effective way. Two other lawyers would not take the job. David took the job, and after lots of research he formulated a game plan for our unique situation. David typed up a complete set of step by step instructions and made himself available for our many questions. We would recommend David Gross to anyone who needs a great lawyer.

After working with a previous attorney who seemed to not be getting anything in place for visitation with my daughter. I came to David and his team via a referral from a friend. The level of professionalism and support has made the transition easy and I'm glad to say visitation has been setup. I highly recommend David and his team as they will fight for you and strongly understand your more than just money.

This is about the fifth lawyer I have dealt with in a 2 year ongoing divorce/custody case. I received more insight and solid advice in one hour from David than in 2 years with other reputable(and way over priced IMHO) attorneys. Don't waste your time with others go talk to this guy seriously.
