I cannot say enough great things about Kathleen McCann and her team. She made us feel so clam when my husband and I were at a stressful point of not knowing anything about step parent adoption. Kathleen got us in fast for our step parent adoption consultation. She drew up diagrams showing us the process and explained everything in terms we could understand. This whole experience was not as terrifying knowing that we had the best on our side that's Kathleen McCann!!!! Kathleen is professional and top notch in what she does. She kept us updated the whole time though this step parent adoption. If you need an attorney?? Kathleen is who you need to call!! Kathy provided us with a great service in the re-adoption process of our daughter. Everything went according to plan and there were no unexpected surprises.

As a step parent, it seemed an arduous and intimidating task to figure out how to legally adopt my step daughter. Kathy was wonderful in directing me through the process efficiently and was able to cut out steps that would prolong the adoption. Kathy guided us through the process of readoption of our daughter. It was an international adoption, and Kathy expertly guided us through all the necessary paperwork in a very timely way. We were impressed with her prompt responses and how quickly we were able to get our case on the docket. She was also there to guide us at the end when we had our court date. We can't recommend Kathy highly enough!

Incredibly rude. I called asking for a lawyer and was asked what the situation was and when I told her she said “oh we don’t do that.” And when I asked who would she said “I don’t know.” I’ve never gotten such a ridiculous response from a lawyers office before. Most lawyers will give you some information about what type of lawyer to find but nope. Couldn’t have been more rude or unhelpful.

Jack did great work on my case. I especially appreciate that he always made sure I was apart of the process and understood what was happening. I would recommend him 100%.
