Not only did I win, but this attorney made sure that all loose ends were taken care of with all of the medical insurance companies, and all were paid in full, etc. so that no one would send bills to me after the fact...... which I would have had to pay. I would never have known how to do this on my own . I had no real idea what my legal rights were, or the extent of medical treatment I was entitled to and would not have received. He also didn't "bail" this was a long case and took over a year and a half of medical treatment; and working with medical insurances. and he kept me informed of what was going on, and returned my calls!! A very belated review that I just realized I never left - We had a great experience with Kathleen and her office in the matter of a step-parent adoption. She was thorough in explaining the different types of step-parent adoption that could apply to our case (contested vs uncontested) and with her guidance, we were able to land on an uncontested case. She handled all the communication and paperwork with the additional parent. As this was during COVID, our hearing was held virtually, but it was a quick and easy process the whole way through. No surprises or hidden charges, and both Kathleen and her office staff were incredibly kind. Highly recommend.
