Scott is very knowledgeable, patient and available. He took time to understand my situation and to gather all the information needed to resolve my concerns. He managed the communication for the collection of the other parties personal belongings and the landlord aspect to this situation. He provided guidance and stayed the course through to resolution of my DVPO hearing. I appreciate Scott’s time, energy and availability throughout the process.
