Mr. Bogar was the attorney for the defendant charged with Assault 2. I was the victim who filed charges. At the trial his cross examination was very tough on me. His client was guilty but that did not stop him from using every tactic he could. Fortunately for me, the evidence was overwhelming and the jury found the defendant guilty. However, Mr. Bogar was impressive. Even though he was representing the other side in a no win scenario, he was very professional and intelligent. If I ever end up needing a great attorney, Mr. Bogar is at the top of my list. He is very effective and commands respect from the prosecution side. His reputation is excellent.

He was very helpful right to the point as to what was going to happen in my case. He got me a furlough and anytime I had questions in regards of other legal matters he has always giving me advice.
