At some point in your life, you may have to make the horrifying decision to file BK. Mr. Russell (and Brandin (with an 'i')) were both very thorough in explaining our options, what to expect, when to expect it and what our next steps were both pre and post filing. Mr. Russell isn't the typical 'suit and tie' kind of Attorney that makes you feel uncomfortable or less than. Everything he explained and everything he said to expect was pretty much spot on. If you are one of those people that has to make that decision, I would recommend giving Mr. Russell a try.

Wow! It was my first time filing bankruptcy. I was pretty nervous, and somewhat embarrassed to talk to a stranger about my current financial state. But Robert, Robert was incredible!
