Kari is a very friendly and understanding divorce lawyer. She listens to our case and what we want for our uncontested divorce which is what she handles. It was a very simple and clear/ transparent uncontested divorce process and in a reasonable price. Everything was easy to understand and no argues. Kari sends us e-mail for the uncontested divorce process very quick too and is very responsive. We paid in cash so I would recommend people who pays cash for the fees get a receipt for yourself to keep. Everything was positive and Kari don't make our uncontested divorce harder. She is very patient with handling our case and I would definitely recommend everyone Kari as your uncontested divorce lawyer if you're going thru one! (Very sorry if you are going through one, of course..)

When I first met Mr Russell, I was very concerned about everything going on and I didn’t honestly see a clear path forward. I had been dealing with these issues for so long that I had just resigned myself to accepting this is just how life had to be. I made a few mistakes early on with some credit cards and then a car accident caused me to rack up a lot of medical debt .... it seemed to just snowball from there and no matter how hard I tried I couldn’t get ahead of it. When I shared the details of my situation I felt like he was really listening to me and really cared about me as a person and how to help me. I didn’t feel judged or like I was a number. When I called his office they were responsive and very professional. The entire process didn’t take as long as I thought it would and it was a lot more cost effective than I had convinced myself .... I wish I had met with him sooner and started getting this incredible weight off my shoulders I cannot say enough good things. It’s like I have a whole new lease on life and I know I wouldn’t be here without the help of Attorney Russell.

After attempting to file for ourselves (and upsetting the judge and the trustee!) we went to Mr. Russell for help. He was able to calm down the court and successfully file a proper Chapter 13. We are now approved and well on our way to financial recovery. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
