I hired Tresa Cavanaugh for a landlord-tenant matter. She is a low-cost attorney in the area, and my claim wasn't large enough to hire a higher cost, more reputable attorney. I found her service reflects the old adage, 'you get what you pay for'. She wanted a retainer payment prior to sending me a retainer. She said she would send a retainer that day and did not, her reason being she did not because she didn't realize what time in the afternoon it was. She said she would get a demand letter out to the tenant by a certain date; she did not. She charges for time for going to the post office to send the letter certified mail, because she doesn't have an assistant or mail service to her office. She counts the number of calls to her even when she has a client and cannot take your call. In the end, she said her costs were lower, and I should have known I would get a lesser service when she did not explain this prior to hire. She and her service were unprofessional.

I am eternally grateful to life for all those obstacles that has placed in my path, thanks to them I have had the opportunity to meet people as Tresa Cavanaugh. A beautiful person inside out, a great human being, that cares for others, someone passionate for her career, and always with the desire to help. Definitely a reliable person and as an attorney, simply the best!
