I had the pleasure to have Todd Pascoe represent me on a case that was completely out of the norm and one that "no one had ever heard of" regarding a guardianship case. He was very knowledgeable, upfront and honest with all of the questions or concerns that I had with our case. Todd was fantastic and he would be the first person I would call to represent me or my family with any future needs. I highly recommend using Todd Pascoe!

I did not have to wait on hold for hours or be told the call volume was excessive and try again. The volunteer lawyer called right on timd for phone appt. She was very helpful and did not make me feel dumb like other free programs.

Seeks like they treat you like a number here. Didnt really seem like they wanted to help me or try to fight in my case. I understand they are free and it is at no cost for the defendant but still would like more involvement like calling client back soon than 2 days before court. After calling them 2 and a half months before court to find out who my attorney was because the first person couldnt tell me. Not sure if they just dont care or just not worth there time atleast thats how it felt for me. Maybe things will look better in the future for others because of covid restrictions being lifted

To many excuses why they can't get back to you.

So I called them Seeking advice on how to fill out some ppr work. and when the lady found out how much I made she laughed at me and dismissed me. Was humiliated and embarrassed.
