Although the amount involved fell below what it would be cost effective to have him pursue for us, Erin Bradley McAleer gave us clear, appropriate, and well-reasoned advice about how to pursue a diminished value claim in Small Claims Court. Erin listens carefully, evaluates material presented rapidly, and excels at jointly developing a strategy to solve a problem. He also recommended other very helpful resources. He's got a great sense of humor, keen intelligence, and considerable compassion. Recommend him highly!

I have needed to use McAleer Law offices for more than one case, sad to say. However, I am in no way sad to have had their help!! Attorney McAleer did a great job for me. My case was dismissed. I do not know what I would have done without him. Edit- I have since had to use him again and he knocked it out of the park a second time. I hope I never need an attorney again but if I do I will be calling Erin and no one else!
