My spouse and I, inspired by our growing family and the chaos of 2020, decided to dive head first into getting an estate plan together. NW Legacy was thoughtful, professional, and filled in our many education gaps from the initial consultation to the mountain of paperwork we signed. We both feel much more at ease knowing there is a plan in place should the unthinkable occur. We highly recommend Thomas and his team.

Thomas Hackett and his staff at NW Legacy Law are very professional and thorough. They were understanding, thoughtful, and caring every step of the way in preparing my Trust. Also, they were good listeners and answered all of my questions or concerns. The thumb drive of my Trust that they prepared came in very handy when a title company wanted a copy. I have recommended and referred NW Legacy Law to others, and will continue to do so.

We retained NW Legacy Law to assist in settling our parent's estate. The staff at NW Legacy Law have been extremely professional and responsive in helping us through the ins and outs of the process. The services of Ellie Magnuson and Jake Seegmuller have been especially appreciated. Ellie has been very proactive in reaching out to us to keep us updated on status. Jake has patiently explained the process to us, sometimes more than once, to ensure we completely understood what we were signing and what steps needed to be taken. Since I live four hours away from their office in Vancouver WA I need to coordinate trips and do as much as possible remotely. NW Legacy Law has been good at accommodating this situation. I have no reservations in recommending NW Legacy Law if you are in need of estate planning/settlement legal services.

I am very satisfied with the work performed by NW Legacy Law. My mother needed to update a nearly 30-year-old trust. We were advised as to what updates could be made to the trust. Then, the trust was revised so that it captures the spirit of the original goals while improving the trust to meet modern needs. It was a very thorough job.
