I’d like to thank Bill Thayer, Brad Thayer and their firm for representing me in a very difficult and emotional case. From the very 1st phone call I made to them until the day the case was resolved they were amazing. One of the many reasons I was impressed with them was they always had time for me when I had any questions or concerns. The communication was excellent even with the 3 hour time difference, with me on the East Coast and them on the West Coast. I feel very blessed to have found them and will never forget how kind and sincere they were to me.

My husband and I have always preferred to handle things ourselves and didn't expect to hire an attorney in order to handle the details of my car accident, but are very pleased that we did! We'd hire Mr. Staples again, but at the very beginning of the process, if we have the need in the future. We didn't expect the onslaught of "helpful" calls we received from the offender's insurance company as well as our own. Once it became clear that it would practically be another full time job for my husband to handle this while I healed, combined with our insurance company being uncooperative and disrespectful, we interviewed Scott Staples. It was the first time we've hired an attorney and turned out to be a completely positive experience. The firm is upstanding, professional, and well staffed. Mr. Staples was respectful of me, sharp, polite, and effective at managing his time. What to expect was made clear to us from the onset. Mr. Staples and his legal assistant were very capable in conferring with me through email rather than playing phone tag or requiring me to come in for a conference. I appreciate how easy it was to be confident that this attorney was doing his best for me and how much it allowed me to relax and refocus. We're pleased with the results that came from hiring Mr. Staples and I was content with his accountability, kindness and consistency in dealing with me as well as all the people he had to deal with in order to settle my case. The confusing phone calls and paperwork stopped almost immediately after I signed an agreement with Mr. Staples. I was given the opportunity to heal without worrying or second guessing someone's motive. He took away all the stress from my accident and made my experience so easy and seamless. When I was again (unfortunately) in an accident in 2015 and I realized I may need help, he was the first person I thought of to contact. Thank goodness I did! It was a long 2 year road to recovery but I was able to get all the help I needed and back to my old self.
