Let me begin by telling you that my case was at a deadline, and I had already been turned down by three other attorneys. Mr. Thayer said yes, and that was the end of my 2 year headache! I had been working tirelessly to settle this on my own, to no avail. The other company was offering pennies compared to what Mr. Thayer got for me. He and his paralegal, Bryan, were extremely understanding of my situation, and fully understood the ways in which certain insurance companies work to pay out as little as possible, as well as stress out the plaintiff enough, until they just give up. I knew that I had a good case, but I could no longer work it on my own, and after 2 years, I was truly exhausted. What Bill and Bryan accomplished for me was worth every penny. Additionally, though the pandemic hit right in the middle of my case, Bill and Bryan still kept working and ensuring that my case moved along.
