Made one phone call to Stephanie Brown about not being paid my $77 on time. From then everything was done via email which for me is nice as I don’t have the patience for people anymore and just get anxiety having to make phone calls. She definately knew what she was doing and even had my back when I was willing to possibly settle for less, she said she thought she could get more and she sure did. I made my phone call end of June and in less than 2 months I walked away with almost the maximum penatly I was allowed per my state law and they paid her fees as well!
