This attorney's approach is rather disconcerting. It's apparent that their primary focus centers around handling small claims cases where they don't have to contend with more competent and respected attorneys. During my interactions with this attorney, it became increasingly evident that their strategy involved seeking out cases where they could exploit a lack of experienced opposition. They appeared to thrive on situations where they could secure victories without genuinely merited legal expertise. Their preference for cases with less formidable opponents raises notable ethical concerns. It appears that they prioritize their own legal victories over the principles of fairness and justice. If you value fairness, transparency, and ethical legal practices, I would strongly caution against retaining this attorney. Their tactics appear to deviate significantly from the standards one would expect from a reputable legal professional.

BEWARE!!!! SCAM! This "attorney ' has no problem fling fraudulent court cases. If you have no morals, ethics, or integrity, this would be your guy! TOTAL SCAMMER.

Mark was able to help me out with a tough tenant problem. The tenants had started to destroy my rental and Mark was able to immediately get them out before further damage occurred. He was quick, experienced, and professional.

This guy is the best in the business at handling Landlord-Tenant disputes, including unlawful detainer actions, lease disputes, evictions etc. He was nothing short of excellent. He consistently provided me with updates, was always reachable, and most importantly I felt like I was in good hands. Mark is extremely professional and knows what he doing from start to finish. I am glad I have a go-to attorney now in the Portland area. I recommend Mark Passannante without hesitation.
