I hired Eulalia Soto to take care of a family member's removal proceedings case. Since day one she was direct over the phone but also rude. She never called to ask any questions regarding the case neither visited my family member in detention to touch base with him on the case. I had to call several times to find out the process of the case and every time I called she would tell me she would call back, but she never would. Finally, the day of the hearing, she arrived late, only talked with my family member in detention for about 15 minutes and represented him incredibly poor. His case also required knowledge of criminal justice, since it involved a police report, which she had already been told by me that it existed; yet she failed to properly inform and prepare her self well enough to defend him. Do to her not reading the police report ahead of time, she did not have an argument against the prosecutor, and my family member lost his chance of getting a bail. I highly not recommend this lawyer for immigration cases that involve criminal defense.

Love her approach to dealing with people. She is very direct and honest. Doesn't waste time and seems to be very knowledgable in regards to the area of immigration.
