My conversation with Robin was hands-down one of the most unprofessional phone calls I have ever experienced. She was aggressive, rude, and not someone I would trust with handling a delicate conversation. I would absolutely not recommend her legal services.

Robin was referred to me from another attorney. I have nothing but appreciation for her service. Robin took care of me and made sure my needs were first. Thank you for giving me peace of mind in this difficult time.

Robin was very helpful with helping update my parenting plan and getting to move out of area. My ex is very difficult to get to the parenting plan update, however Robin as amazing fighting to allow me to make the updates that needed to be done.

I hired Robin to represent me. In a less then friendly custody matter. And wow she did not disappoint. no matter how bleek I thought the outcome would be Robin did nothing but impress me with her knowledge and expertise in the family court system would recommend her services to anyone. Thanks again Robin I got the best result I could of asked for.

My partner (and I) recently hired Ms. Krane to represent my fiancé in a custody case against his ex wife. Robin, despite her decades of experience, was unprofessional, lacked empathy on any level and allowed her jaded experiences to lead the way throughout the case. Even more shocking, despite the near $5,000 paid to her, she takes little accountability for the dissatisfaction of her client, going as far to gaslight the paying customer for being difficult. Ms. Krane abruptly withdrew representation when proof of work was requested, to which she was terminated. While Im certain this attorney possesses some professional capacity, at least enough to be accepted to the bar, she absolutely let us down and was quite disgruntle in her interactions. If you are looking for an attorney that is going to give you the 5-star service, that your hard earned money deserves. She isn't it. If you need a paper pusher, that you will need to micro-manage with a perceived discord with men - look no further. The only thing that was accomplished in nearly $5000 of billing was angering the mother and leaving the client high and dry, all because she didn’t have the decency to explain her billing. Shameful. Embarrassing. Unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Great service

I went in there just now for a consultation I literally got six words in , she was extremely short tempered, came at me very rude . She would not let me talk then turned around and said I was being loud and I didn’t even get to say a word ?! then Ironically she asked me why am there ! she doesn’t know why am there because she wouldn’t let me talk then she started swearing with a very inappropriate loud voice when I could be a client ! that’s when I got up and looked at her and laughed and said wow! I would never hire you! Not sure what her deal is but I was ready to pay $3500 retainer if I had a case I didn’t even get a chance to speak then she starts arguing with me I was just completely taken back and couldn’t do anything but laugh I could not believe the way she was treating me and acting I will never hire this woman and I will definitely tell people to stay away from her extremely unprofessional .

If I could give her zero stars I would, she was very rude wouldnt listen to anything I had to say told me to bring all of my paperwork but wouldn't look at any of them.

This lady is a sexist towards men. Robin spoke down to me and treated me very poorly when I engaged in a simple consultation. I called for help. Not to be told what I didn’t do correctly. That’s why I am calling a lawyer. Not to be berated for not having a law degree. I would not recommend this lady unless you would like to be treated like a child and spoke down to for not having a law degree.
