I sought Joel's help to review the language on a tricky addendum for a real estate deal. Not only did Joel review the addendum itself, cleaning up faulty language and adding common-sense clauses that I had overlooked, but he also reviewed the original document and asked clarifying questions to make sure he had an excellent view of the larger picture before providing his feedback and advice.
