Another review of Ivan Culbertson. In the beginning he seemed intelligent, interested and on-top of things. This turned out to be the biggest lie. Throughout our time with him, he disappeared for weeks on end, one time for an entire month without explanation or forewarning, didn't reply to emails nor calls and never answered me when I asked why he disappeared. He constantly forgot to answer my questions in the emails I sent so I had to send repeated emails to get all of the questions answered. We did win a small victory in a hearing, but otherwise, I feel it was a wasted 5k.

Contact from them is hard they bill you for the smallest things, he was super submissive with the judge and they will not fight for you. Dress codes for my lawyer was a joke he showed up to the court in shorts and flip flops. Go anywhere else but here. If you are trying to fight for custody find another lawyer they are a scam and a joke

Sure would be nice to have a lawyer that doesn't require the down-payment of a house as a retainer up front.

Research and know your state laws rights before talking to any legal resources they are in business for billable hours I reached out to do a consult. I gave the information pertinent to the case I didn't give some information that wasn't necessary due to WA laws. They just want information that other attorney firms don't need before consultation & attorney client privelege.

Do not use them never,they just take money and not doing anything. Ivan Culbertson is worth anything as a men,just changed me 10 hours and did absolutely anything. Nothing else that garbage, perfect word to describe them.

Divorce lawyers for men is the worst thing you can do for your case. Ivan Culverson is the worst lawyer you could ever have. If you value your family do not use these people at all. Took my money did nothing but continued the case.

No response to my inquiry about representation for obtaining paternity testing for the purpose asserting my parental rights. Seems unprofessional to simply not respond to a person's inquiry for legal services. *** Divorce Lawyers for Men's response that they processed my contact information incorrectly seems disingenuous and furthers my impression that they are unprofessional. The appropriate response would have been to contact me as soon as they realized their mistake. At this point I dont believe they made a mistake. I think my case just won't generate enough revenue in their minds to justify helping me determine paternity.
