Easy process. Very streamlined and the staff are SUPER helpful, kind and patient and very thorough. I updated some older legal documents and their organization and how I received the documents back, far exceeded anything I had experienced in the past from other agencies.

Jeff Petersen and associates did a thorough job of building a trust document for me to sign. In an initial meeting he listened to my desires for my estate upon my passing. He then proceeded to have his assistants thru a series of e-mails work with me on the details and miniscule of the issues to clarify and codify what the document would end up being. He even made time to meet with me a second time to discuss what entails having a Supplement Needs Trust for my godSon. I am grateful that this is behind me now and done and that I can rest assured what I want will happen upon my demise.
