Everyone has there own opinions and thats fine but i was not happy with this attorney or his assistant amber they never called us back acted like they were enoyed when you did get them on the phone and when we ask questions they acted like we were dumb like i do this every day so my experience was not good it wasnt even worth getting a laywer

From day one they helped me with everything, from getting my car taken care to physical therapy and surgery. My 6 year old daughter, my fiance and I were all in a horrible car accident in May 2004, in which my fiance was killed. My daughter and I made it out, her with minor injuries and me with severe injuries. My mother had hired a couple of lawyers for me while I was in the hospital recovering who I never actually met until later when I was able to go home from the hospital and become more mobile than I was. I never met one of the lawyers in person and the other one was very negative and not hopeful of a good turnout in the case with the insurance companies and the person who hit us. When I was trying to get my car paid off through my insurance, he told me I would have to get my car appraised and fight the insurance company and it would all cost more money etc etc... All I could think the whole time is, "isn't that what lawyers are for"? To fight for you I thought. Conveniently I worked at a car dealership and was able to get my appraised for free and I sent in the appraisal to the insurance company myself. The result was a higher offer which I was able to pay off my car with and had enough left over for a down payment on another vehicle. At that point, I fired those lawyers. I met Grant Gehrmann through a referral from someone I worked with. From the beginning, he was professional, nice and engaging. He never once made me feel like I was not worth his time like the other lawyers made me feel. He was always looking for anything possible to better my case to my benefit and even brought on his own colleague to help him. He always returned my phone calls, emails etc in a timely manner and never had trouble explaining things to me in simpler terms so I could understand them. The case ended well, settling during mediation. Grant really did his best and I couldn't have asked for more. I will forever be grateful to him for his help and I only refer people to him. I was in a minor car accident in June 2012. I was rear-ended while I was stopped and the other car wasn't traveling very fast. I started having headaches and neck/shoulder pain. I went to the doctor, followed by six months of chiropractic care when I was told I’ve reached maximum medical recovery. After talking to the insurance claims adjuster, I learned they were going to offer me very little to settle my case and may not even approve my medical bills due to the severity of my accident. This is when I contacted Grant Gehrmann for advice. He was very helpful and upfront about my case being a tough case. His main concern was the fact that I was still in pain after my treatment. My headaches had resolved but I was still experiencing shoulder pain. Grant had me go in for a second opinion. After the exam I was referred to an orthopedic surgeon. After receiving an MRI I learned I had a torn labrum and needed shoulder surgery. Even after confirming I was in fact injured and not making it up, as the insurance company liked to imply, they offered me a small settlement. They still claimed my injury couldn’t possibly have been caused by the collision. Grant was so great. He sent me to a few more specialists to confirm that my injury could in fact be caused by the accident and got all my previous medical records proving that I had no previous shoulder issues. One year after hiring Mr. Gehrmann I received a call to come in to his office where he told me he received a new offer. It was a much, much better number. He then suggested we counter offer, which we did and the insurance company accepted. It was enough for my surgery and other treatment that would help me recover properly. Grant was so great throughout this whole process. If I needed anything or had any questions he was always so helpful and prompt to return my calls. He was always honest with me about the risks (like when we counter offered). I would recommend him to anyone.

Grant took a case for my son that others would not ,he further drove all the way from vancouver to the small town that I lived in about 100 miles just to meet and talk with me.After which he agreed to take our case.Grant kept us informed the whole time and was very caring and concerned for my son and family and that is a rare thing is his field.He ended up getting far more compensation for my son than I would have expected.I personally would recommend Grant , god forbid should I need lowyer again I will use no one else but Grant Gehrmann.
