The absolute worst ever. Girl handling my case was rude and condescending, never following through with anything, asking me to do most of the work for them. They had my case for almost a year with nothing done. Her boss wasn't any better he couldn't even keep a phone call meeting he scheduled. I got more accomplished on my case by contacting the Local Congresswoman's office, they helped me get everything rolling fast. Wouldn't recommend these people to anyone. What a joke.

Not good not good at all do some research before you hire a disability lawyer. Better if they practice law in your state. They did absolutely nothing besides contact social security and said they would be representing me. Really guess what I fired you for not doing your job.

My experience with Evans Disability and their staff was disappointing, as they failed to meet expectations and provided subpar service.

Evans Disability and their staff are fantastic. They helped me at a time when I felt I had nowhere to turn. They clearly explained the whole process and they took care of all of the things that seemed confusing and difficult. They basically held my hand through the whole process. I can't say enough about how much easier they made a difficult process. Thank you Evans!!!

I am Extremely Thankful that the Evans Disability Law Firm has provided me with an Attorney that seriously helped me get through that Very Sensitive and Important procedure in my life when I was going through the Appeal Hearing with the SSA Administrative Law Judge. Attorney John Cahill made me feel more at ease in this hearing process as he assured me that he would be there to help Clarify Things that I was trying to explain in my Answers to the Judge. With my Medical Conditions and my inability of not even being able to do most of the Work Details requirements for the Easier Jobs the Vocational Expert had no option but to declare to the Judge that I am in Fact considered by her to be Disabled in doing any kind of future Employment. If there are any other Friends or Relatives that might be considering the process of Applying for SSI/SSDI I will Definitely be Referring them to the Evans Disability Law Firm because the Evans Disability Law Firm is definitely the Best at what they do. The Photos that I have added are the Photos of my Body Walker that I must utilize when I am trying to walk distances greater than 100 Meters. This way I can Stop, Take a 5-10 Minute Break, and try to go another 50-100 Meters. Needless to say; when I get back inside of my Apartment, I must utilize my Showering Chair to do my shower because I can't Stand up very long after finishing any kind of walk due to the Extreme Pain in my Lower-Back, Hips, Knees, and Feet.

This office dropped the ball on my appeal which delayed my claim by 12 months. An email was sent to complete my SSA questionnaire packet the day BEFORE it was due, nor communication with advise was offered. Most offensively is this office emailed me with an Official Congratulations of my SSA Disability Award without a copy of such award. I asked for a copy and was sent my approval letter for my SSA Retirement, not my SSA Disability. The gal who called me back (very dingy) did not know what she was doing and misunderstood the difference of these letters from SSA. I am convinced this Evans Disability office hires incompetent legal assistance. It's been two years I've been with them and their staff turnover is frequent since I applied my claim through them. I would NOT recommend this office for Disability representation - poor response and direction.

Evans has been a great resource and tool for recieving SSDI benefits. When I initially applied I didnt use an attorney, but I knew I would likely need one because most are denied the first time. I retained Evans, they sent the documents to my medical providers and contacted SSA when my case went over 16 months unanswered. SSA responded 3 weeks later with an approvel. Evans answered everything I asked them and they allow you to schedule call appointments. My case manager was great with responding to me and sending additional evidence to SSA everytime I had something new.

They didn’t give my case the attention it required.

Evans disability is a life-saving company. I was denied disability and was at a loss of what to do when I found Evans disability and was treated with respect and thoughtfulness. They handled everything professionally, and they saw that I got a favorable decision. The entire time, communication was easy and even enjoyable. I got a response back quickly, and I know that if I had any questions, I could ask them whenever I needed to. (Shoutout to Aaron) I was struggling and having so much anxiety over the whole process, but Evans made me feel at ease and followed through with getting me a favorable decision. I'm so grateful to Evan's disability for helping me win my case because without them, it would have been impossible. I highly recommend them and can't thank them enough.
