I asked Steven to provide advise to respond to a demand letter from an attorney representing a party that believed they properly completed a real estate agreement to purchase my house. The agreement specifically stated that failure to complete a certain section of the agreement (buyer's agent did not complete this specific section) would result in no legally binding agreement, which the buyer and their agent disputed. Steven provided a very professional and factual presentation of basic contract law to support facts that the agreement was not legally binding in a letter to the buyers attorney, and that ended the matter.

I hired Mr. Turner to represent me at a civil trial on short notice, and his performance and immediate grasp of the case was outstanding. He also represented me at the State Appellate and Supreme Court level with positive results. Mr. Turner is an excellent trial attorney. He has an in-depth understanding of business law. I am no legal expert but would describe my case as having needed expertise in contract law, construction law, property law, and litigation expertise (skill in arguing a case in front of a jury or judge and successfully arguing against opposing attorneys). Mr. Turner did all of this and more. He was very, very attentive and very responsive before the court date. Both during prep work and in the court room, his capabilities and competence were obvious; this gentleman has total command of the subject and was able to clearly demonstrate his dominance over the pertinent topics in my case. Mr. Turner achieved for me the favorable outcome that I desired. I can also say that Mr. Turner was very reasonably priced, relative to other attorneys that I approached (i.e. his rate was equal to or much less than other attorneys that I approached or spoke with). That said, the legal service and piece-of-mind that Mr. turner provided was invaluable or priceless. While I mentioned those areas of expertise that Mr. turner employed to achieve for me a favorable ruling, I am quite sure that Mr. Turners abilities range far beyond those that I mentioned. If you need a good lawyer, I recommend that you give him a call. Regarding this same case, I should also mentioned that I was previously represented by a different legal team. Their performance was less than comforting. I had the good luck to myself decide to switch from my previous legal team to Mr. Turner. I am in a position to compare. And I can say that Steve Turner is most assuredly "excellent".

Steven Turner is an outstanding, professional tax attorney. He is very knowledgeable and gets right to the root of the issue. He is straight forward and tells you where you stand in the process, potential risks, where he believes he can be successful in minimizing the risks, and what he can do to mitigate any losses. He communicates well along the process, and is persistent with dealing with the IRS, which is challenging and difficult. In our case, our accountant had made a serious error that led to three years of back taxes due. Steven identified the error and successfully argued that the error was not our fault. As a result, the IRS ruled in our favor, which saved us from having to pay penalties. I highly recommend Steven Turner to handle your tax challenges.
