He was recommended to me. So unfortunately I didn't do my research. But basically let the other lawyer walk all over him I ended up getting nothing I wanted in my divorce plus had to pay spousal support and she had a college degree. I do not have a college degree. So in my opinion he has no back bone or balls.

Approachable and down to earth. Pretty much everything I could ask for in an attorney. Good investigator, sharp intellect and seems emotionally intelligent. Aggressive in all the right ways. Handled my family law case perfectly. He will be my first choice for any future need.

I hired Justin after my husband got a speeding ticket in Wenatchee. He worked his butt off and got my husband's ticket dismissed, saving his spotless CDL record. I don't write reviews often but I am so pleased with Mr. Collier and how he has been and is dealing with multiple things for my husband and I. He is honest, thorough and flexible. I found his name coming up multiple times in referrals from our attorneys in Seattle so when we needed someone in Wenatchee we went right to his office. We could not be more pleased with or appreciative of his professional representation.

A friend and I were charged with trespassing after we went onto private land. However, we were also charged with vandalism that we had nothing to do with. The penalty for this type of vandalism carried a harsh penalty in this county, so this charge was somewhat scary, on top of being erroneous. The land owner was convinced that we were the ones who had vandalized his property, despite the fact that this was false. The prosecutor was hungry for blood, but Justin and my friend's lawyer met with the land owner and convinced him to drop the charges. Justin was also able to get the trespassing charge dropped, provided that I perform a small amount of community service. This is pretty much the best possible outcome anyone could hope for in this situation. Things were looking somewhat dire at the beginning of this process, but Justin really went above and beyond to ensure a positive outcome for us.

I was involved in an auto accident in 2008 that resulted in extended chiropractic treatment over the course of 2-3 years. Mr. Collier took my PIP case and thoroughly represented my interests in the case from the start to the finish. Most importantly, he was able to negotiate an equitable deal with the other party's legal counsel and insurance company without needing to go to court.

Justin is an attorney that works around the clock to make sure as a client my husband I are taken care of. Our case felt like it mattered to him, and he makes himself available for us. From the initial consultation to even a few emails with questions, recently, well after our case had ended (in our victory), we have had his expertise in answering questions and providing support. I have worked in and around the criminal justice field for years and I know a lot of attorneys professionally. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to my closest family and friends, which speaks a LOT to Justins character and performance.. We now have a family member going through some litigation with Justin regarding an accident, and they are quite impressed. I have had several close friends hire Justin for family law, and they were very satisfied even victorious in their cases. I will continue to reference Justin and recommend his practice to anyone in the Wenatchee Valley looking for a fresh and skilled person to handle their legal affairs. I also really like the office location and the quickness of his office staff to respond to messages and provide information needed. Justin also remains professional but doesn't forget to be a friend alongside of one in a case, which to me is one of his best attributes.

Didn't keep in touch with me about the case and was a not present to one of the hearings. Very poor service when it comes to informing his client of the progression of the case. He is way to expensive for the services he provided.
