David Kazemba and Dusty helped me with my bankruptcy after I found myself in a financial hardship. Not only were they extremely helpful, they were patient and understanding while navigating me through the process. If I had questions or concerns, they were answered quickly. Not to impressed with billing yet. I paid my bill. The other side paid legal a portion of my legal fees as well and yet we are getting billed more with interest but being told to hold off paying it until the billing lady gets a hold of us, and we've been calling for her and getting the run around for 3 months now... will give full review of services and change stars if billing issue resolves

I have worked with David Kazemba and Dusty when I found myself in a bad financial situation. I was embarassed, scared and didn't know what my options were. David was so kind and understanding and showed me not only what my options were, but also some insight on how I got there and how not to let myself get out of control again. This was two years ago and I am proud to say that I am debt-free and still using many of the tools that I learned from Overcast Law Offices. I cannot thank you enough and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
