After almost eight years and many failed attempts to get my son the benefits he deserved, I wanted to find someone who would not only fight for my son’s rights, but who would treat him with compassion, patience, and understanding. After 2 failed attempts, on my own, at acquiring Social Security Disability, I received a recommendation, from a friend, to hire Jeff Schwab for my case. Just wanted to take a minute and talk about my dealings with Calbom & Schwab; specifically with Jeffrey Schwab. As someone who has been judged, mocked, attacked, and discriminated against, for being different than the status quo, I wasn’t sure how the process of dealing with my hearing would go. I was ready to feel judged, but instead, from the first call, I was greeted by someone genuinely friendly, who treated me like I was a person. And instead of only dealing with Mr Schwab’s assistant, I was able to talk to him directly He explained the entire process in terms I could understand. Every other call was the same; he always ended each call by asking if I had questions and answering them all. On the morning of the hearing Mr Schwab called me and went over what was about to happen during the hearing, reassuring me. And he called me after the hearing and explained all the lawyer speak that just occurred. I genuinely had no idea how this process was going to look.But, I can say now, no one could have convinced me it would go as well as it did. Nor that I would I remember this difficult process as favorably as I do. Thank you for everything you’ve done, and for going above and beyond.

What a joke! Car accident claim started at 100,000 then ended up being $16,000 after two years. See those billboard ads claiming you get 2/3 of a claim? Read the small print. They charge you for “expenses” coming out of your 2/3. Lol, what could possibly be their expenses? Staring at a computer screen?

When I started my disability claim they told me they couldn't help until I had 3 denials so I waited. Well what they didn't say is that if that 3rd denial comes from a hearing, after the 2nd denial, that they won't help.

Just wanted to put a “Shout out” about Jeff Schwab. I needed some legal advice and called his office. He call me back this morning, we were on the phone almost an hour. In my experience, customer service is almost dead. When someone is willing to give of the time and expertise I really appreciate it! Thank again Jeff. Have a great thanksgiving.
