I worked with attorney Kyle Mott on a small business transaction that I needed his services for. He came into our meeting extremely well prepared having already read all the documents I had sent to him. He listens carefully which was evident in his responses and his legal work that addressed all of my concerns and needs. His responsiveness to my timeline was much appreciated. Evan McCauley represented us during a home sale closing process that took a bad turn , with threats of lawsuits etc. Evan was extremely responsive, timely, flexible, knowledgeable and made our case forcefully based on facts and law. After a few back and forth with the opposition attorney things took turn for the better for us.The house was sold and closed, with attorney fees reimbursed also without going to the courts. Had a horrible experience with Jeffers, Danielson, Sonn and Aylard. They switched lawyers on me throughout the process and then when it was game time they couldn't represent me because they took my opponent as a client after 2 years of representing me. Unbelievable!!! Would not go back if my life depended on it!
