Lack of responsiveness and communication in some cases
“Was expecting my emails to be met with hey "those are great questions let's scheduale a sit down to discuss fees or here's a law office that could better answer your questions" to be met with a response similar to "are you currently a client" and no responses to my follow up emails...”

Inability to handle certain legal matters, such as firearms-related issues
“Update finally got a follow up email a week later where they "indicated" they dont doesn't offer any kind of legal services related to firearms other then firearms trusts. (There emails could have started with that and this review wouldn't exist)”
