Lack of communication and responsiveness in some cases

“Was expecting my emails to be met with hey "those are great questions let's scheduale a sit down to discuss fees or here's a law office that could better answer your questions" to be met with a response similar to "are you currently a client" and no responses to my follow up emails...”

Unwillingness to assist with certain legal matters

“I do not want or need a trust and these emails back and forth were literally a waste of my time”
