Mr. Smith is a hard working advocate for when you need a good defense. I contacted him after I was charged with two class A felonies, from jail, and after speaking to him retained him. Through diligent work on discovery and his experience with the local situation in Yakima County he was able to convince the prosecutor to dismiss both charges. But what really impressed me was that he refunded 75% of the money I paid him for a retainer when the charges were dismissed. I've dealt with a lot of attorneys over the years, and this last action impressed me. He could have easily kept the money and I wouldn't have said a thing. His professional ethics are unmatched.
