The attorney and we’re very attentive professional in handling my case

Honestly, I’m not too good at these kinds of things but Karina walked me through step by step im really happy with the staff here I’d definitely recommend them.

Fue un buen trabajo de la abogada con respecto a mi caso, una atención más personalizada eso me gustó que pude hablar directamente con ella agradezco que hizo su mejor trabajo en mi caso y finalmente pudo finalizarlo pero no obtuve lo que me prometieron al principio eso me dejó un poco desanimada pero por lo menos finalizó el caso y obtuve el divorcio que era lo más importante para mi estoy muy agradecida.

la verdad estoy muy contenta con ellos porque me ayudaron mucho siempre me preguntaron que quería aser yo me tomaron en cuenta para todo y fue muy rápido lo recomiendo al 100% gracias.

I was not happy with the richland office. They were late in responding back and were unprofessional in letting me know about my court times and information. I wasn’t given advise prior to my court dates and a lot of the advise received ended up costing me a lot of money more than it helped. They also charged me way too much money to take an unnecessary trip to a court JUST for a continuance that resulted in nothing good without asking me if it was ok. And many more! I should’ve represented myself!

This office was so great in helping me understand my case. They are on top of their cases, their communication is great and their customer service is amazing. Truly took care of me.They were able to get the Parenting Plan that I wanted.

I hired this office 6-7 weeks ago to handle my parenting plan modification. I got to talk to an attorney 1 time 1 week after my initial payment of $3000 never heard back for a month so I reached out to find out the attorney assigned to me left the firm and I NEVER got notified of this until I was the one to reach out. I let them know I understood I just require communication considering I live in AZ and my case is in Yakima, WA. I continue to get billed for my emails asking for an update but no actual work has gone into helping my case. In that time frame I could have hired another attorney and they would have filed a motion already or at the very least given me a rough draft. I’m also pregnant and about 9 weeks from my due date so pushing this off further and further is stressing me out as I may not be able to get this done before then and the father of my child is starting to also cause issues because we haven’t gotten him a new proposal for a parenting plan to accommodate living across country. I just want my case to be handles properly and in a timely manner with communication. Or a full refund considering no work has actually been done. I don’t even know who my new attorney or team is…
