Ms Brooke was truly impressive in the courtroom. She is one of the most excellent litigators I have ever encountered. Ms Brooke's personal presence during arguments and negotiations is invaluable. Right from the initial consultation Ms Brooke was forthright about the legal options under the circumstances. Ms Brooke went out of her way to try to negotiate a reasonable and beneficial goal for my children and I outside of court. We ended up in court because of the other parties' aggressive and abusive stance. I was nervous and heartbroken by the time we got in the courtroom. It quickly became clear that Ms Brooke was an experienced and skillful litigator. The questioning during testimony of parties was no nonsense, objections were timely and rarely denied. It would have been a better outcome if we had been able to negotiate a settlement, but that had a lot to do with the opposing parties agenda, rather than Ms Brooke's considerable effort to negotiate. Ms Brooke was so successful representing my family in the courtroom I am optimistic that this matter is finished. If the opposing party continues to cause problems, I will absolutely rely on Ms Brooke's advice and representation.
