Mr. Clark was an excellent source of information when I consulted him to review my lease agreement. The agreement was 41 pages worth of information which he consolidated into a brief document with 8 paragraphs that summarized what specific details were most relevant to my living situation. I would absolutely recommend selecting him as your attorney. He is dedicated and detail oriented!

Dan Clark provided legal counsel on several County Board of Equalization cases of which I was the principal Appraiser on each particular hearing. Dan's advice helped me have the County Board of Equalization sustain the values I placed upon these properties.
